Asmaae Benmerzouga is the Director of Corporate Research at Colliers Ostendorf-Morris. She is responsible for managing the firm’s information and research services, including real estate market and geographic analysis, database administration, and business development research. Before joining Colliers, Asmaae obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She holds both the Vice President and the Vice Chair positions of the Cleveland Area Alumni Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS).
