Expect to hear about the "art" of building an organization, the "ingredients" which must be present to turn mere ideas into reality and the "advanced techniques" individuals can employ to make an impact in their organization

Our inaugural speaker, Peter Ditchman, has spent the past fifteen years shaping organizations. Whether it was working with one of several top companies in the world, managing the start-up and development of an investment & services business during the technology boom of the late 90's, creating one of the country's first regional, not-for-profit innovation centers & business development centers, re-engineering a 65-year old stalwart in the Cleveland market or spearheading the growth and innovation efforts of a $200 million family holding company, Peter has had the opportunity to work in organizations large & small, profit & mission-driven and across multiple industries. He is a dynamic, strategic develop ment, marketing & operations executive that thinks big, constantly looks for ways to improve things and has the courage to take risks. Today, he is mastering his craft as Chief Strategy and Corporate Services Officer at The DiGeronimo Companies.
