"Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction." - John Crosby

Greetings Beta Gamma Sigma Members,

We are excited to introduce our first annual mentorship program beginnning January 1st 2010.

The purpose of the program is to provide learning opportunity to young BGS members. The alumni chapter will pair BGS members who are starting their careers (mentees) with prominent BGS members in the community (mentors). Mentors will provide advice on topics like education, work-life balance, career path, and ethical dilemmas. Each mentor will be paired with three mentees. Mentor and three mentees would meet as a group four times in 2010.

Paul Lebo, our Chapter President along with other BGS officers is actively involved in recruting prominent BGS members in the community to be mentors. Many thanks to Dr. Wayne Cunningham, Chair of the Division of Business Administration at Baldwin-Wallace, and John Hammond, Regional President at Chartis, to name a few, who have agreed to be the mentors.

How to apply: Fill in the attached mentee application form and submit it to Paul Lebo, Chapter President, at PaulKLebo@aol.com and Andrea Molitoris, Publicity Committee Chair, at amolitoris12@jcu.edu.
